Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method- and we’ll cover shipping! 

For purchases from online retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, et al., please utilize their competitive return policies and procedures.

Note: Due to the Holiday Season, all purchases made from November 28, 2022 to December 25, 2022 will have return privileges extended to January 31, 2023.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging with original accessories
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  1. Login to our online store portal using the email address and order ID used to make the purchase. If you used Guest Cart, you’ll need only your email address and order number and you can start your return here.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return from your order, and then click the REFUND button at the bottom of the page. 
  3. Complete the form, including why you are returning it and any information that could help us improve your experience. Pictures are optional. When complete, click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the page. The status of your order will now show Refund Requested.
  4. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email (within 0 to 4 hours). 
  5. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to your boxed return. Please use appropriately sized packaging and padding to ensure a safe return.  
  6. Last, drop it off or arrange a pickup by the carrier of the shipping label (usually USPS or FedEx).

Once NexusLink receives the package, we’ll have a response within two (2) business days. You will get a confirmation email confirming your refund.  Products that are returned with visible signs of wear or missing items can be assessed a restocking fee of up to 35%.

Same-Item Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged and you would like a  replacement, please log in to the NexusLink store (using your email & order number or username & password).  

Select the order and the item that needs to be exchanged.  We will email a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the box you received.  

Once we receive your item, please allow 2-3 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed and return shipped.

Restocking Fees

In the event a product is returned in a non-new condition, the product will either be returned to the customer or a refund will be issued minus the restocking fee.

NexusLink only charges restocking fees if the product deviates from the condition in which it was sent. Possible reasons for the restocking fee includes: items missing, box is purposely damaged or defaced, product shows permanent sign of usage.

Returns are subject to a possible restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. NexusLink may deduct the fee from the refund amount on the return.  The customer has the choice to decline, at which time NexusLink will return the item to the customer as it was received.

Return Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, refunds are issued with two days of receipt, though it may take 3-5 days to post to your credit card. You will be informed in the case of a restocking fee (items returned with visible signs of wear or missing items).

  • Return ground shipping is provided by NexusLink for returns within 30 days of purchase.  Warranty replacement, post 30 days, is the customer’s responsibility.

 Restocking fees are only applied to orders with items missing and/or shows signs of use.

  • Check your email or log in to your NexusLink account to find your tracking number. Check with the carrier to see if there are any known delays.  Otherwise, contact Orders@NexusLinkUSA.com for assistance.

 While the NexusLink store doesn’t have such a mechanism directly, you may easily return your first purchase within 30 days and then buy the other product.

NexusLink's Limited Two-Year Warranty

NexusLink warranties their products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in an indoor, home or office environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than NexusLink authorized personnel. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge. 

NexusLink will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to return the product to NexusLink from within the United States. All customers purchasing from locations outside the United States will be responsible for the return of the product to NexusLink, whereby a repair or replacement will be sent to the customer’s address on file at NexusLink’s discretion.
